The abstract writing workshop includes information on:

  • What exactly is an abstract?
  • How do I write one?
  • What information do I include?
  • What information do I exclude?

Abstract Writing Block

Undergraduate researchers interested in applying to the Symposium or other conferences are encouraged to attend the Abstract Writing Block. HBCU Research staff, graduate students, and Undergraduate Research Leaders will be present to offer feedback on abstract writing and drafts. The writing block is co-hosted by HBCU Research Magazine.
